Tyra’s expertise in exercise and nutrition, combined with her personal experience of overcoming health challenges, makes her the perfect choice for anyone looking to improve their overall wellness.

 

MONTHLY CHALLENGES & SERVICES

SUMMER SLIM DOWN

EARLY BIRD |$159.00

Tyra Love Fitness offers a monthly fitness challenge open to everyone, that features a different theme each month, such as Better Me, Elevate, or Love Yourself.

TYRA LOVE MEAL PLANS

We put a lot of time and love into the Tyra Love Fitness Meal Plans. We filled them with ingredients, recipes, and resources that we believe will help you find confidence and satisfaction in this way of eating.

ONELINE CLASSES

Virtual classes will be held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. These life sessions will provide you with a real time interaction and guidance from your coach Tyra.

Additionally, on Mondays and Fridays, you have the option to request pre-recorded videos. These videos will be available for you to do at your convenience, allowing you to tailor your fitness routine to your busy schedule.

Essential Prerequisites

In order to start my workout Plan, please read my Essential Prerequisites for Scheduling, Medical Clearance, Payment, and Cancellation Policies.

WORKOUT TIME

Classes are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6AM, 8AM and 7PM. If this is your first time, doing a session, please arrive 10 minutes before the session begins to avoid technical difficulties and to set up your camera for me to be able to see you and correct your form.

MEDICAL

If you have any exercise restrictions or injuries such as lower back, knees, ankles, shoulders, wrists, and/or sciatica, it is not a good idea to perform physical activity unless approved by your doctor. Please provide a doctor's note as it is a standard process for liability purposes.

REFUNDS OR PAYMENTS

This is an intangible service that is not refundable at any time.

CANCELATIONS

Notice of intent to cancel must be completed by sending an email 30 days prior to your next bill dates anything to do in those next 30 days is still due. Example: you inform us of your cancellation on July 10 and your next bill cycle is July 25, you will be required to pay your final membership payment on the 25th as it falls within those 30 days.

SERVICES OFFERED

01. ONLINE TRAINING

This program includes unlimited WhatsApp or email support, a customized workout program.

02. FITNESS CLASSES

A 60 min resistance training program which includes free weights, weight machines, Boxing, resistant bands, body weight exercises and biweekly checkins.

03. ONE ON ONE TRAINING

In-person training for clients in the GTA. These packages expire in your choice of 30 or 60 days.

PLANS includes CLASSIC MEAL PLAN, Vegan Meal Plan, Muscle Building Meal Plan, and Detox Meal Plan.
